Change of Clothes, Part 1

We have been called to a changing of the garments. We can see throughout scripture where people had to have a changing of their garments from Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden to our Lord Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane.

The Priest had many changes of garment during their priestly duties to distinguish the difference between common & Holy, so must we distinguish between common & Holy in our lives.

Blind Bartimaeus cried out to Jesus & when Jesus called him, he had such faith that he would be forever changed that he threw aside his beggar’s garment & went forth. We must have such faith that we will be changed by an encounter with Jesus that we cast aside our old garment and take on the new.
