But I, the Lord thy God, would say unto thee, “Over the hill I have prepared for thee a fertile land.” Over the hills, saith God, I have prepared for thee a land where milk and honey flows. Yea, I have prepared for thee a place of refuge and rest in the Holy Ghost.
I, the Lord thy God, would say unto thee, Satan hath desired to steal from thee the vision of the land that I have prepared for thee. But oh, this night, it is My desire to restore to your spirit the vision that you once had of the land that I have prepared. Cast your eyes, saith the Lord, into the Spirit realm, and I will show you the promises. I will show you the land that I have prepared for thee. And surely, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, I will restore My vessel, saith the Lord. And I will raise up a mouthpiece again, saith God, and I will have My say, saith the Lord. For I have sought for a man that will stand in the gap and make up the hedge, and truly, the living God will vindicate His Word among you, saith the Lord. Do not fret thyself because of evil doers, and be thou not ashamed of what I have done, or either what I have allowed to happen.
For I, the Lord thy God will stand at the time of testing, at the swelling of the river. I will stand and vindicate My Revelation. And I, the Lord thy God will stand and vindicate the Message of Deliverance that is among thee. And I will perfect every gift that is among thee this night, and I will cause thee to lend and not to borrow, for the day of restoration is swiftly approaching.
And I will give unto thee the keys that I have promised thee, saith the Lord. Be careful to hear My Word and be careful to do it. For I am coming unto thee swiftly with the Fire of Revival, saith the Lord, and I will restore the months and the days that Satan hath robbed from thee. I will restore. I will restore. The Shuck Being Separated from the Seed

Surely, My children, even Satan has caused you to wonder in your mind, how I could use such a group. And even Satan has said to you, “How could God use such a group of people?” But I, the Lord thy God, would say unto thee, when I chose this place, saith the Lord, there was only a handful.
And yea, I brought the ones in that I wanted here, for a Message of Deliverance to fall upon their ears. And yea, the Lord would say unto thee, parting has been painful. But oh, the Lord thy God would say unto thee, this is the hour that the shuck must pull away from the seed. I raised up the shuck to protect the seed. But oh, the Lord would say unto thee, the need of the shuck has passed and this is the hour when the shuck must be separated from the seed.
Yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, as the shuck was removed, precious seeds of corn have fallen too. But I, the Lord thy God, would say unto thee, I will restore the seed to the ear, I will restore the corn to the ear, saith God, that fell away at the pulling of the shuck. It was expedient for the shuck to be removed. And in the pull and in the draw, many precious seeds of corn were scattered. But I am the Restorer, and I will draw the seed back, saith God. But the shuck will remain in the pile.
For the Living God would say unto thee, the seed will bring forth the original Life. And this is the hour, that I, the Lord thy God will call forth original Life, the original Life of God. And Zoe will be manifested among My people, for this is the hour. And even as I chose a handful of people and used them for the Message to go forth, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, I used their talents, I used their finances, I used their abilities, and many of them were seed and some were shuck.
But I say unto thee, I have not forsaken thee and I have left with thee more than there was at the beginning. I call you back to the simplicity of the starting place. I call you, saith God, to start again, to come again to your first love. You would say in your heart, “Why must I go back to the beginning?”
But I, the Lord thy God would say unto thee, you will not lose what you have gained. For what I have given you, you will keep. But I’m calling you back to the beginning, when you were simple at heart, when your desires were pure. I have shown thee what happens when a man desires his way and not My way. I have shown thee what happens, when a people trust in their righteousness and not My righteousness. For I have prepared thee, saith God. Yea, in the furnace of affliction I have prepared thee to receive the true and living revelation of My Word. Knowest thou not that I will do that which I have spoken unto thee? No devil shall stop Me, for I have made a sovereign move this day to defeat and to drive back the enemy of your soul.

Yea, I would say, have you not seen? Have you not read, have you not heard the swiftness? How many things are coming into place? saith the Lord. How that line is laid upon line and precept upon precept? Am I not fulfilling My Word?
Yea, have I not filled the knowledge of man with the fulfilment of My Word? Yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, watch the paper! Listen, said the Lord, to all that is said.
For yea, I say unto thee, surely in the next few days and hours I will fill, I will fill, I will fill, I will fill the knowledge of man with the fulfilment of My Word, saith God. And the journalists of this world will tell the story and never know what they´re telling, saith the Lord. But the Bride will know that I am keeping My promises to her.

Yea, I the Lord thy God, would say unto thee. Shake off all of your heavy bands. Do not come into My presence with ought in your heart against one another. Do not come, saith the Lord, with resentment in your heart. Do not come carrying the burden of the day.
But I say unto thee, leave it with Me and come in with praise, with worship. Do not wait on Me to come and loose and set you free. I will do that. That is My promise. But tonight I call unto you, come to My presence ready to receive from My hand. Come bringing a sacrifice of praise. Come speaking My Word with faith, believing that I will do what I have spoken unto thee.
Do not come oppressed, with anger or with any other spirit. But come praising Me and worshiping Me, and I will answer your questions, those things which you do not yet understand. I will give you understanding.

Predictions
Visions given to Brother Shelley
There are still a few things that need to take place before the end of 1997, but don’t you worry. Don’t you worry. Last Sunday the Lord gave me a word and said that this small earthquake, although it killed ten people, it was relatively small. 5.5 or something like that on the Richter scale, which is a tremor, basically, compared to a huge earthquake like a 7 or above.
Japan is going to experience one. They’ve had one already this year, about 6.7 or 6.8. But they’re going to experience one at about 7 or above, very shortly. You’ll see that and you’ll know again that God is moving. He is moving. He is moving and.
Also, let me share this real quick. I feel the anointing. See, it’s making me ramble, but I feel the anointing of the Lord coming. I saw this yesterday in the news and I wrote it in the vision book about three weeks ago. I failed to mention it to you. I saw these railroad cars scattered. I saw them turn sideways like a zipper. When I wrote it down in the vision book, I said, “It is like a zipper, this derailment of a train.” I saw a poisonous substance in that train and I prayed immediately, wrote it down in the vision book and prayed immediately that God would not allow that poisonous substance… I didn’t know what it was. I could just see.
How many of you know that skull and cross bones, that let’s you know? I saw that on the car and I knew that it was a serious matter. That vision that I had seen took place yesterday, as a train in Iowa, I believe it was Iowa, derailed with two rail cars of a very poisonous substance on it. They evacuated thousands of people. But thanks be to God, not one drop of that poisonous chemical escaped, although that train was like a zipper across the countryside, as it derailed. I forgot, twelve or more cars. Does anybody remember the news? Did you hear it? I believe twelve or more cars were derailed. I failed to mention that vision to you before it happened, but it is in the vision book. At some point, you might be able to look and see.
Last Sunday, we mentioned that the earthquake in Italy was just a forewarning of some plates being set up on a fault line that would cause a major earthquake in Italy. Since I spoke that to you, they have had more earthquake tremors. Central Italy quivered and shook again on Friday. That was this past Friday, as earthquakes injured twenty people and inflicted more damage on the same church, the same famed Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi and other buildings hit by tremors a week ago. The earthquake so panicked and people so alarmed by the earlier shocks.
What is the mystery? This is what really caught my mind. What is the mystery of the earth moving? “Can’t it stay still,” ask the Reverent Magro, Head of the Basilica’s museum. This Catholic Reverent or priest, whatever he is, is asking the question. “What is this mystery of the earth moving? Why can’t it stay still?” Because God’s doing it.
The epicenter of Friday’s most powerful 4.8 magnitude quake was near S. 30 miles east of Assisi. (I don’t know how to say that.) It sent workers in the region’s disaster relief center running out of their doors, when the brief rumbling began at 10:55. The double quake that hit on Sept. 26th had made Servile a virtual ghost town. Several thousand residents, along with up to forty-two thousand others in the regions have been sleeping outside in tents, campers and cars since the original earthquake took place.
D., sitting in front of a camper in an encampment near S., said she had left her home for good. “I won’t ever go back because of fear.” Twenty people suffered minor injuries from falling debris. In Friday’s quake, a series of earth shocks that followed a tremor with a magnitude of 3.5 struck at 1.04 PM. Another one struck about forty minutes later. The epicenter was different. The actual heart of the earthquake was different, but it had the same effect.
The new rumblings further damaged the Basilica of St. Francis. Part of the Cathedral’s vaulted ceiling collapsed last week during the second and the strongest quake, magnitude 5.5. Four people were killed and two of the Cathedral’s treasured Frescos were destroyed. You know, a Fresco is a painting made with paint and sand, usually. In all, eleven people died in last week’s double quake.
The Basilica’s ceiling survived the new shock, but more stones fell from the South facade and showers of plaster rained down and technicians are working to reinforce the ceiling.
I thought that it was noticeable enough to bring to the pulpit and let you know that these earthquakes continue. 4.8 is a nice size tremor. People have died in earthquake 2.0 on the Richter scale. So something is being set up. You will see a major earthquake in Italy. I don’t know how soon. It may not be before the end of this year. It may possible be next year, but I promise you, you’ll see a major earthquake in Italy. Quite a few people will perish. I’d say over, maybe 100, 200, somewhere in the hundreds. You’ll see them perish and you’ll know again that God is warning us ahead of time about that which is fixing to take place.
Let me go ahead and mention for you this morning. I saw another jetliner going down. Over a hundred, maybe two hundred. I don’t know the number. But lots of people perishing. It is a commercial liner, and I don’t think it’s an American airline. I don’t think it’s an American airline, because I saw a portion of the tail section turned around, almost buried. Almost buried. And I saw it as it was going down, and I saw the emblem, but I don’t remember exactly how to describe the emblem. I did not recognize it as an American Airlines. It might be. You know, they change their emblems sometimes. So I might not be familiar with it. But you can watch for that and it will surely come to pass. It is Thus Saith the Lord.
We are glad to know this morning that God keeps us posted of that which is about to happen. And if I were you, I would watch the newspapers also, because one of the nations of the world is about to lose a very important leader, who is holding office at this time in government, high government official. A high government official in a foreign nation. You will see that and it will be natural, seemingly natural causes. Sickness, not an assassination. You’ll see that soon as well.

I want you to watch also, because not as much us, but the nation will shiver. This is going to be a devastating winter for the North country. Watch that! I’ve already prophesied it. Washington, DC will be buried. You’ll see that. It’s going to be a very cold winter. I a praying that the Lord will let us survive without a lot of cold weather. Wouldn’t that be wonderful if everybody around us is frigid, but we’re just laying out in the sun baking, praising God that He’s given us the victory? Amen.
Find Your Place

Do not fret thyself, saith the Lord, because of evil doers. And be not shaken in this hour by those who speak against that which I have purposed and planned, saith the Lord. For they have always been in the earth and they shall always remain present to accuse and to stop My work. But I am the Lord, your God, and I would say unto thee that I have made the heavens My Throne and the earth My footstool.
And yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, I have placed My enemies, yea, in the their place, saith the Lord. Under My feet. I have taken dominion, saith the Lord, over every enemy that has exalted himself against the Kingdom that I would establish. And yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, trust in Me and I will cause your enemies to crumble before thee, saith the Lord. Look to My Word and do not be carried away by that which is spoken in evil.
Yea, I say unto thee, for the jealous man deviseth with a wicked imagination things against the children of the Most High God. But I am the Lord and I will be your cover and your stay, and I will protect you, saith the Lord, even in that evil day. Transformation in the Anointing

The power of transformation lies in My anointed and revealed Word. Eat it, saith the Lord. Eat it every day and take it into thy spirit, and I will give thee digestion. I will cause thee to digest it and I will reveal it unto thee, saith the Lord. It’s not enough to read it or to hear it, but I want to make it live in your spirit, so that it changes you.
Yea, the Lord would say unto thee, stir up thyself. Stir up thyself and rejoice, saith the Lord. For I am working My work in My people. Yea, I say unto thee, around the world I’m pulling My own. I’m pulling them that are Mine. I’m drawing those that have My Name, saith the Lord. Drawing them to My Word.

Loved Ones Coming to Deliverance

Satan has said unto thee, that because of all of the trouble that has come your way, that your loved ones would never come to the House of Deliverance. But I, the Lord thy God, would say unto thee. Watch! For I am calling them even now. Yea, I say unto thee, there are some of you sitting here, and as you sit, I am calling your loved ones to the place of deliverance.
Do not be afraid and do not fear, saith the Lord, but raise up in the power and the strength. For I will take this thing that Satan has meant to destroy you, and I will use it as a stepping stone. I will magnify Myself in you and I will cause you to shine forth with My reflection. Yea, and many of your loved ones will see what I have done in your life and will come to the place. And some even shortly will come to the place that they cannot live without Me, for they see what I have done for you.
Rejoice, saith the Lord. Do not be discouraged and do not let deliverance slip from your fingers, but possess it this night with a Word of Faith and a steadfast heart, and I will bring it to pass.

But when Satan comes crafty, yea, the Lord would say, sly and sneaky, he will bind you with cords of flax, saith the Lord. And cords of flax that would easily be broken, saith God. But when Satan comes to weave his way and bind you and you are not aware of his tricks, saith the Lord, then when you realize what has happened, your hands are bound, your feet are tied and you cannot go forth.
But I the Lord thy God would say unto thee that I will give thee strength. For I said unto thee this night that Satan has bound thee with this and with that, and he has oppressed thee with this and with the other. But I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, the Holy Ghost is greater than any bondage Satan would work in your life.
Yea, the Lord would say unto thee, whether it is a bondage of steel or a bondage of flax, I am God and it is My desire to break thee forth, saith the Lord.

The Wedding Garment is Prepared

Yea, from behold, the Lord thy God would say unto thee this night, surely I have given thee the wedding garment, saith the Lord. Yea, I have prepared it, I have sewn it with Mine own hand. The wedding garment that the Bride will wear is the Revelation of My Word. Yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, the garment has been prepared, it has been sewn by the fingertips of God.
Yea, I have smoothed it out, saith the Lord, and I have pressed it and I have made it white as snow. Yea, the Lord would say unto thee, in that garment there is no wrinkle, there is no blemish, there is no spot, there is no doubt, saith the Lord. Neither is there confusion. But in My wedding garment there is peace and there is perfect love, saith the Lord. And in My wedding garment that I have prepared for My wife, it is the full revelation of Jesus Christ.
Yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, knowest thou in your heart that you can never come, you can never come any farther than you have come until you’re willing, saith the Lord, to take upon yourself the wedding garment that I have prepared for thee. For there will never be a man or a woman that will stand in My wedding feast that has not taken time to put on the acceptable wedding garment.
Yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, religion is filthy rags, and the Bride will never wear filthy rags. But oh, I say unto thee, she will wear the garment of My Word. Yea, not a garment of man’s interpretation or ideas, neither a garment of dogmas or creeds.
But I, the Lord thy God would say unto thee again, come out and be separate, saith the Lord, and put on the wedding garment that I have prepared, for a wedding is soon to take place. I have given you all that you need to prepare yourself from your head all the way to your feet.
But I say unto thee, without that Word, that garment that I have given thee, you will never come to the wedding feast of The King. The Lord would say unto thee this night, hear My Word, hear My Word and take it upon your back and be dressed in it quickly, saith the Lord, for the hour is drawing near, near, near, near, saith God. The hour is drawing near and only him who has found the wedding garment and placed it upon his back will be able to enter in.
Yea, the Lord would say unto thee, eat My Word. My Word is food for the Bride. And when you eat it, it will be digested into your spirit and deep into the depths of your soul. And I will dress you, said God, not from the outside in, as a man would dress or a woman would dress in the natural. But I am God and when you have eaten My Revelation that I have given thee for the End time, I will dress you from the inside out.
For I say unto thee, the Word in your soul will change you, and the garment of God will come from the inside out, and you will be prepared to stand in the beauty and the glory of the HOLINESS of God. I call unto thee this night, do not tarry, do not play church, do not wait, saith the Lord. For this is the hour. I am making up My elect. I am calling to My jewels. I am calling My Bride. I am naming those that are Mine. Do not tarry, do not linger, for this is the hour. You are bidden, saith God. Prepare yourself now, for this is the day of finding your place.
For the Lord would say unto thee, the Bride will go forth in the coming year. She will go forth and serve The King. For I will give her the garment that she must wear, and I will put the Spirit in her that she needs for the journey. True Happiness to Be Revealed

Yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, even when you came this morning, the Father has seen that your heart is not toward Me, saith the Lord. But even in seeing that and seeing the frame of mind with which you have come to My house, it has not discouraged Me, saith God, but it has caused Me to desire thee more. It has caused Me to pull and to call unto thee more, because thou art Mine.
Yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, salvation is in the midst of thee, and My presence is moving across this place. To all who are needy I say, “Come.” To all who are broken I say, “Come.” To all who are lost, I say “Come.” To everyone who needeth restoration, I say, “Come. Yea I say unto thee, though you have not known the happiness your heart has desired, I have planned it for thee, and I have placed it for thee. And yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, even as the pieces of a puzzle who make no sense, who make no rhyme, who make no reason, saith the Lord, when they are scattered in a box such as your life today. But when I have come to take piece by piece and connect them, saith the Lord, little by little as the picture begins to form, the beautiful image that is hidden in the scattering of the pieces is now revealed.

Prepare Yourself for the Glory

Are you afraid of My power, saith the Lord? Is there something in your life that you would hide from the presence of God? Do not be afraid, saith the Lord, for I am surely in the midst of thee again tonight, and it is My desire to finish the work that I started this morning.

Yea, the Lord would say unto thee, do not let your tradition keep you from enjoying My supernatural power, for I have come to heal and to set free. The thief has come to kill and destroy.
Yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, be ready and prepare thyself, for the Glory of the Lord will cover this place.
And yea, I the Lord thy God would say unto thee, there will be testimonies of miracles, healing, that is very necessary and needy. There will be testimonies out of this service, saith the Lord, and deliverances. For the gift of God is with thee even now. Prepare thy heart.
But it appears, as I have searched thee, saith the Lord, that some would turn away. Do not turn away as if to deny the things that I have done, but be open and be ready to receive from My hand.
For I am in the midst of thee and I am God, and I am not limited to man’s ideas, and I’m not limited by man’s patterns, and I am not limited by man’s programs, but I am free. I am free to move in this service tonight as I would desire, for I am God and I have been given liberty. Prepare thyself, for the liberty of the Lord is upon thee this night, saith God.

Pick it up, saith the Lord. Pick it up, saith the Lord. Pick it up, saith the Lord. For even in this hour have I dropped My Mantle in the midst of thee, saith God. Pick it up, saith the Lord, and do not wear it about your shoulders for decoration.
But yea, I say unto thee, do not be afraid to wrap it about thy arm and to smite the river, saith the Lord, for the same God who came and moved for Elijah, it is My desire to come and move on your behalf. I, the living God, would say unto thee, take it up, My Wife. Take it up, My Wife.
Take it up, for I will be with thee, saith the Lord. I will stand at thy right side and I will undergird thee and I will protect thee and I will keep thee safe from all harm. Be not afraid to lean upon Me, saith the Lord, for I am a strong and a mighty tower of defense. I am a wall, saith the Lord, builded with a sure foundation that will neither shake nor move.

Planets in Alignment

Vision given to Brother Shelley
Because I was praying one night, waiting on the Lord for an answer about something entirely different, and I saw in the Spirit a huge telescope. I wrote it in the vision book. A huge telescope.
And I thought, “Lord, what in the world does that mean?” It was a funny looking telescope. It was really narrow on the end, and really wide. Huge, wide at the top. And I said, “Lord, what are You trying to show me in the telescope.”
And the Spirit of the Lord drew me in the vision near to that telescope, and I realized I wasn’t going to be able to see because the viewfinder was way down here. The lens you look in. So I knelt down on my knees. And when I knelt down on my knees in vision, that anointing covered my shoulders like a blanket, like it has so many times. Like a prayer shawl. And my eye was in direct line then to the lens.
And when I looked in, I looked across the heaven in this telescope and saw the planets in an alignment. And so I wrote it down. I don’t know what it means. I have no idea, but I saw the planets in an unusual alignment. It gave every detail of kneeling down and being able to see.
And that was a type. See? I couldn’t see it standing up. I had to kneel down so that my eye would be in line to see it. Is that a message to you and I both tonight? When we want to see what God has for us, we can’t just see it standing up, bold and brassy. Sometimes we have to do what? Go back on our knees, like the song said, to see God’s…
