Revelation Chapter 4

Revelation 4:1

Revelation Chapter Four Part 1 Jeffersonville, IN Revelation of Jesus Christ

56 Now, begin the 4th chapter:

After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were…a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

57 We’re going to take It verse by verse. And I’ve got a lot of Scriptures wrote down here, a book of them, and I don’t know how far we get into It. May the Lord lead us. Now, watch, the Word is:

After these things (after the Church age)…

58 And all this from hereafter, now, will be pertaining, will take place on earth after the Rapture of the Church. See, after the Rapture. This is going back now to pick up Israel. After the Church age, after the ages of the Church, and they…The Church never appears again until Revelation the 19th chapter when She returns with Her Bridegroom. Praise God for the Wedding! 60-1231

90 “A Door.” What is the Door? Revelation 3:8. In Revelation, the 3rd chapter and the 8th verse, “I know thy works. Behold, I have set before thee an open Door that no man can shut it, can shut and no man can open.” He is the Door! The Door! Christ is the Door. He said, in Saint John 10, “I am the Door to the sheepfold.” 60-1231

96 This Door set in Heaven, that Door, when he looked up he saw the Lord Jesus. Just watch the following part of it. That Door, the Lord Jesus.

…I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice…I heard was…a voice of a trumpet…

97 Now the scene is changing. John’s been watching Patmos, and now he looks up. Why? He sees something went on on earth here (these church ages), all down the Seven Church Ages, and then after he got through seeing the church ages, after that, after the church ages has ceased, he heard a Voice. And he looked up towards Heaven and he seen an open Door, and the first Voice sounded like a trumpet. All right, scene changed from Patmos to Heaven. 60-1231 Rev. William Marrion Branham

104 All right, same Voice, Revelation 21, or, Revelation 1:10 and 13. And I want you to notice, the Voice that he heard speaking to him had the clearness of a trumpet. You know how a trumpet sounds, it gives a shrill sound. What does a trumpet mean in the Bible? War. Anytime you see a trumpet blow, in a war…in the Bible time, its sounding meant a war, either a revelation or something to take place.

105 Now, he…After the church ages was over, and everything was come ready, made ready the setting of the 4th chapter here, the church ages was done. He had done left the earth, you see. Remember, the Voice that spoke to him, behind him, in the seven golden candlesticks, the work was finished. And now that same Voice was speaking up in Heaven. What was it? He had done redeemed His people. His earthly work was finished, and He was in Glory, calling to John, “Come up hither!” Uh-hum. Amen! That makes me feel like shouting on the eve of New Year. Oh, my! There you are. See, ready, “Come up here!”

106 War! This is the setting of the great battle; the people that rejected God’s Message, rejected the Holy Spirit, the Messenger of the seven churches. The one that had rejected this Message of His grace had nothing left, but judgment was ready; oh, while He was making ready to pour out the plagues upon the earth now. “Come up hither and I’ll show you what’s fixing to take place. Christ-rejecting, godless sinners, I’m going to pour out My wrath upon them.” 60-1231 Rev. William Marrion Branham

117 Now, immediately after He showed the end of the age of His work here, He went on up into Heaven, He said, “I’ll show you what’s going to be after this, after the church ages.” He said, “John, I can’t talk to you down there no more, ’cause I’ve left down here, I’ve come up higher. Come up here with Me!” Amen! “And I’ll show you what’s going to take place hereafter.” Oh, my! Hmm! Oh! Caught up in the vision, caught up into Glory. 60-1231 Rev. William Marrion Branham

121 Oh, and notice, John, being taken up immediately after the church age, was a type of the raptured Church. Immediately after the church age is over, this Laodicean Church Age, then comes the Rapture. The Church goes up like John did, into the Presence of God. Oh, my! Whew! That just winds my soul around. Caught up, at the Rapture of the Church! And It said…This place, the Book of Revelation, was written, see, at the end of the church age. 60-1231 Rev. William Marrion Branham

148 The same Voice that summoned John, “Come up,” the same Voice that said to John, “Come up,” is the same Voice that’ll summons the Church someday (Amen!), summons the Church.

149 Also, the same Voice that summoned John to come up, is the same Voice that summoned dead Lazarus out of the grave, that same Voice of the archangel. Christ is the Voice of the archangel, “Voice of the archangel,” see. 60-1231 Rev. William Marrion Branham

151 That same Voice said to John, “Come up here, I’ll show you some things that’s fixing to happen.”

152 That same Voice that shall sound when the dead in Christ shall rise, “For the trumpet…” The trumpet! What is a trumpet? The Voice of Christ, the same One sounded and summoned him up. He heard the Voice like a trumpet sound and said, “Come up hither!” See how the resurrection will be? It’ll be in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye. That clear sounding Voice, and He’ll summons the Church, calling, “Come out of it.” That great summonsing Voice. God, help me to hear It that day. 60-1231 Rev. William Marrion Branham

37 Now, we find that after, “After these things.” After meant that “After the church ages had ceased.”

38 Then John was summoned to come up higher, “come up hither,” which means “come up here.” He showed him all that was going to happen in the world of the—the Church age. Then after the church ages was over, we find then that John was a type of every true believer that will be summoned by Christ on High. That right? Summoned, “Come up hither.”

39 And we find out that the Voice that spoke to him was the Voice of a trumpet, clear, distinctly, and it was the same Voice that spoke to him here on earth. See, as long as He was in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks, He was speaking to…or from. Oh, I like that, “speaking from the candlesticks.” See, He was in the candlesticks, speaking from them to His Church. Then when the church age had ceased, He left the earth and moved up into the Heavens and He called His Redeemed up with Him. Oh, isn’t that beautiful? I—I…Oh, it just makes my heart jump. 61-0101 Rev. William Marrion Branham

160 And there was a—a “living Creature.” What John represented, the entire Church, was taken up. I told you. One person here in a vision can represent the entire Body of Christ, covered! 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

71 Then we find out here, “after these things,” he heard a Voice that was speaking to him that… Oh, what was it? The Spirit left the earth. “After these things,” starts out the 1st chapter, or—or the 1st verse:

After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven:…

72 Revelation 4:1, after the Church was gone, then a—a Door was opened. And we’ve went through all of that and found that that was Christ, was the Door. And the same Voice that was walking in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks also was the same Voice he heard in Heaven, saying, “Come up hither.” John went up. It represented the Church going in the Rapture.

73 John went up in the Spirit, was took away into Heaven and foresaw all the things that God promised and said to the disciples, “What is it to you if he tarries till I come?” He saw the coming of the Lord and what would take place. He saw on earth what would take place on earth to the Rapture of the Church, and was taken up and showed plumb on down even to past the Millennium. Oh, isn’t that wonderful? 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

18 But, now, those first three books is the first, Seven Church Ages. And then we find out, in the 4th chapter of Revelation, John is caught up. See? We see the churches. There is not too much said about the church ages. There is where I think that people are going to be so surprised. They’re—they’re—they’re applying the Church way over into the Tribulation, to those things that to happen. And as I said, Sunday, yesterday: the first thing you know, those tribulations will break in, and you’ll wonder why was not the…The first coming was the Rapture. And it’ll be as it has been: it’s passed and you didn’t know it. See?

19 Now, there is not too much promised to that Church, that Gentile Church, the Bride. Now, I want you to bear in mind, there is a church and a Bride. See? 63-0318 - “The First Seal” Rev. William Marrion Branham

130 Three things happens: A voice…A shout, a voice, a trumpet, has to happen before Jesus appears. Now, a shout…Jesus does all three of them when He’s descending.

A shout, what is the shout? It’s the Message going forth, first, the living Bread of Life bringing forth the Bride. 65-1204 - “The Rapture” Rev. William Marrion Branham

152 Now, it’s the first thing, is the sounding. The first thing is a trumpet and a…or a voice…A shout; and then a voice; and then a trumpet.

Shout: a messenger getting the people ready.

The second is a voice of the resurrection: the same voice, that, a loud voice in Saint John 11:38-44, that called Lazarus from the grave.

Getting the Bride together; and then the resurrection of the dead, see; to be caught up with It. Now watch the three things takes place. The next is what? Was a trumpet. A voice…A shout; a voice; a trumpet.

153 Now, the third thing, is a trumpet. Which, always, at the Feast of Trumpets, is calling the people to the feast. And that’ll be the Bride’s Supper, the Lamb’s Supper with the Bride, in the sky. See?

154 The first thing comes forth is His Message, calling the Bride together. The next thing is a resurrection of the sleeping Bride; the—the ones died, back in the other ages, they’re caught together. And the trumpet, the Feast in the heavens, in the sky. Why, that’s the thing that takes place, friends.

155 We’re right there, ready now. The only thing, the Church coming out, has got to lay before the Son, to ripen.

The great combine will come by, after while. The wheat will be burned, the stalks, but the grain will be gathered into Its garner. See? 65-1204 - “The Rapture” Rev. William Marrion Branham Revelation 4:2

115 John said:

…immediately I was in the spirit:…(What spirit? The Holy Spirit. Oh!)…I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on that throne.

116 See, John had left the earth now. Christ had left the earth (in the form of the Holy Spirit) and had returned back to the Body again. Today the Body sits there as a memorial, as a sacrifice. We get to that right on down through the chapter here. But the Spirit of Christ come back to live in the Church, to live in us. 60-1231 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #1” Rev. William Marrion Branham

164 Now, let’s get back to the verse:

And a…behold, a throne was set in heaven,…(2nd verse)…and one sat on it.

165 Note, “the Throne,” He sat on the Throne. He wasn’t no more back down in the candlesticks now, on earth. The Rapture had done come. He was in Glory, sitting on His Throne. I want you to notice on down, we’ll find even in the 5th chapter, it was not the Throne of mercy. It wasn’t a Throne of mercy anymore, it was the Throne of judgment. It wasn’t a Throne of grace, it’s a Throne of judgment because fire and lightning and thunders issued forth from it; no more, mercy is over, the Church age is finished. “He that’s filthy is filthy still; he that’s righteous is righteous still; he that’s holy is holy still,” no more a Throne of mercy.

166 Tonight, the Blood lays on that Throne and it’s a mercy seat for every sinner that’s seeking mercy. But on that day, it won’t be a mercy seat then, it’ll be a judgment seat with a angry God sitting there. “Where…If the righteous is scarcely saved, where will the sinner and ungodly appear?” Even when He comes in the clouds of His glory, the mountains will try to find a place to hide. Where are we going to stay, then?

167 Oh, my, what a lesson! No uncertain sound! And His Throne:

…and He sat on His throne. (He’s no more here.)

168 Now, that’s another thing, it’s a proof that the Church is caught up before the Great Tribulation. See? Why? Here He is on the Throne in Glory, and the Church is gone, and then comes in the Tribulation.

169 I always said that in the days of Noah, Noah was in the ark before one drop of rain fell. Lot was out of Sodom before the fire fell. And the Church will be in Glory before the atomic falls. That’s right, before the atomic falls.

170 Say, “What about that first one?” It was on heathens, not Christians. 60-1231 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #1” Rev. William Marrion Branham

Now, immediately…in the spirit: and, behold, a throne…set in heaven, and one sat upon the throne.

107 Now, notice, a little later on, or, we got it last night, I believe, that upon this Throne that…We find out that first there was nothing on the Throne, and now there’s Someone on the Throne so it showed that Jesus had come with His Church up into Glory and was set on His Own Throne. “Sitting on the Throne,” that’s after the Church age. 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

130 Now, “jasper” was a—was a stone, and “sardine” was a stone. (Now, we’ll get to their colors after a bit.) Now, I want you to notice that each one of the patriarchs when they were born, yeah, every person, has a birthstone. Mine, I was born in April, diamond. And different months represents different stones. Well, the patriarchs was the same. Every time that a patriarch, when he was born, he was born, he had a birthstone. 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

140 Now, on these, the first stone. The first, how many knows who the first child was? What was his name? Reuben. All right. Who was the last one? Benjamin. That’s right. The birthstone of Reuben was “jasper,” the birthstone of Benjamin was “sardine.” He was to look upon as “Reuben and Benjamin,” the First and the Last, He that Was, Which Is, and Shall Come, He was Alpha (A) in the Greek alphabet, Omega (Z) in the Greek alphabet. He was the First, the Last, He was from Benjamin to Reuben, from Reuben to Benjamin. Oh, my! There He was, “Look upon as sardius stone and as jasper stone.” He was setting on this Throne! 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

143 “Jasper, sardius” stone. The Glory of God is Jesus Christ, the Glory of Jesus Christ is His Church. And He was the First. What was He? He was the Beginning of time, He is the Ending of time. He was the First of the patriarchs, He is the Last of the patriarchs. He was the Church that was in the…He was the—the Spirit that was in the Church of Ephesus, He is the Spirit of the Church in Laodicea. He is the First and the Last, A to Z, First, Last, He that Was and Shall Come, Root and Offspring of David, the Morning Star, the Lily of the Valley, the Rose of Sharon! Oh, there’s four hundred and something titles in the Bible pertains to Him. Just think of it, what He was! And yet He was the lowly Lord Jesus that was born in a manger to the praises of God. 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

176 Watch! Noah’s composed of primarily…Noah’s rainbow composed primarily of seven colors. Anybody knows the rainbow’s got seven colors. Now, what are the colors? Red, orange…violet. No, red—red, orange…green, blue, indigo, and violet. That’s the colors of the rainbow. Now, we got a deep thing here, and I’m just going to have to hit the high spots of it ’cause it’s getting too late. Now, remember, orange…or, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

177 Now, if you notice, seven. Watch. Seven rainbows…seven colors, I mean, seven-color rainbow. That meant seven bows! Seven bows, seven churches reflecting seven lights, each light wrapped into the other one. It started off with red, red. After red come orange, which is a reflection of red. After orange was…after—after orange come yellow, which is red and orange mixed together, makes yellow. Then green. Green and blue makes black. Then come indigo. And then from indigo come violet, which is part of blue. Hallelujah! Don’t you see? God, in His seven-colored rainbow, His covenant that He made, a covenant that through Seven Church Ages, the seven colors, He would save the earth.

178 What would He do? Remember, He made it with the earth, His color. But now watch. This rainbow only, horizontally, just covers (in a bow) one half the earth. That’s all Noah’s rainbow colored, just…covered, just half the earth. It was in a arch, that’s all you can see. But when John saw Him in His emerald color, He surrounded the whole Throne of God. The half has never yet been told. He covered…He just…the earth just makes an arch, it’s just a half of it; that’s the church ages.

179 But when John saw Him in this amber color, the amber color, He surrounded and covered around like a halo. A halo! [Brother Branham pauses and taps on something to illustrate—Ed.] A halo of amber color, It surrounded His being! See? One color, one God over all, through all, and in all, but there is Seven Church Ages. 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

191 But when John saw Him here, what was it? The day of redeeming was over. It was all over, so he seen Him back in His original condition, an amber color. Not only just half the world, it can only…the sun, can only shines on half the world at a time, see, as it goes around. But when John saw Him, He was sitting to look upon as jasper and sardius stone, amber colors; mix the two together, you got amber. “And a amber color around the Throne!” Oh, my! Oh, I—I tell you, that just…we could just go on and on.

192 Seven Spirits, seven colors, seven church ages, seven ministers, seven lights, everything’s in a seven. God is perfect in “seven.” God worked six days; seventh day, He rested. The world will exist six thousand years, and the seventh thousand is the Millennium. 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

197 So we see Him in the circle bow of green, amber color. This greenish, what does green represent? Life. Green is the evergreen, always stays green, is life. What does it mean? That God has promised, as He took a oath back there in Genesis, that He “would no…” (Put the rainbow in the sky.) that He “would no more destroy this world by water.” 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

280 All right, now, and there were—there were thrones and there are, there’s twen-…there were four and twenty seats. Now, how many would that be, four and twenty? Twenty-four. All right:

…four and twenty seats: and upon the seat…upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders (one on a seat), clothed with white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

281 Now, “the twenty and four elders.” I want you to notice they were not Angelic Beings. Angels are not associated, Heavenly Beings are not associated with crowns and thrones. See, they’re never associated, they’re Angels, they never did overcome. If you notice a little later on, the songs that they sang, and things, proved that they wasn’t. See? They sung the song of redemption; so, Angels don’t need to be redeemed. See? All right. But they were redeemed men. 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham They were not—they were not Angelic Beings, they were not Heavenly Beings, they were redeemed men. See? You can consider their dress, the way they were dressed; you can consider their position, what they had; you consider the songs, what they sang; and know that they were not Angelic Beings. Hmm. 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

286 What does a elder mean? If you take the word elder, I got about…all these definitions wrote out here, I’m just skipping down. Elder means “the head of a city” or “the head of a tribe.” An elder, “a head of something.” Like I—I’d be a…Brother Neville right now is an elder to this church. What is he? He’s the head of this local body. See? And the mayor of the city would be a elder of this city; see, the elder of the cities. You remember back in the Bible times, the elders of the city? Elder means “the head of a city” or “the head of a tribe.”

287 Now, how many was they? Twenty and four, twenty-four elders. Is that right? Now…Oh, my! Who was it? The twelve apostles and the twelve tribes of Israel, the twelve patriarchs. 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

301 The white robes that was on the elders is the righteousness of the Saints. The white means “righteousness.” And because they were robed showed they were “priests or judges,” white-robed, priests, judges, prophets, so forth; see, what they were. They were white-robed, the twenty and four elders. There will be twenty and four elders. There will be twelve of them for the twelve tribes of Israel; the twelve apostles for the Church.

302 And they set in the courts of the great King. Remember, they’re sitting out there, these are. And here is the Bride and Christ sitting on His Throne, and His Wife sitting by Him, the Church. The twenty and four elders…The hundred and forty-four thousand eunuchs of the temple ministering to Him. Where He gets up, His Wife goes with Him. Oh, oh my! 61-0101 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #2” Rev. William Marrion Branham

74 Now, we left him last Sunday on the 4th chapter and the 4th verse.

And around about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

75 Now, we found out that these were elders. An elder is never applied to an Angel or any Being. It is a redeemed human being, elders! ’Cause they…Thrones, crowns, and dominion is never referred to, to Angels. But the crowns and thrones, so forth, pertain to human beings. And these elders was crowned and clothed and sitting on thrones. And we found them over other parts of the Scripture that they were the twelve apostles and they were the twelve patriarchs. Twenty and four of them, which means “twenty-four”: twelve apostles, twelve patriarchs. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

Now, these elders sitting upon the throne with his crown. Now, the 5th verse, we’re going to start:

And out of the throne proceeded lightnings…thunders…voices: and there was seven lamps on fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

Oh, I love this! Don’t you? Oh, I just feel like my coat fits me, you know. I just…when…Oh, I mean in a spiritual coat, of course, you know. All right.

“Out of the Throne.” Let’s speak of this Throne now for a few minutes. This was not a Throne of mercy. Mercy’s Throne is finished; no more mercy, it’s without mercy. How are we going…How the judgment seat going to be the judgment seat of Christ, the judgment seat, the White Throne Judgment? Is there going to be mercy then? There is not one stretch of mercy to be given. At the judgment Throne you could scream “mercy” till you couldn’t scream no more, and is, you just might as well scream out in the air somewhere, ’cause there’s no more mercy.

Now is the day of mercy! Now, let’s go back in the Old Testament here just a little bit and find out what mercy is. Go on back and see what happened to this Throne. This Throne, of course, is the—the judgment seat. And be…the reason today that there is mercy, is because the mercy seat is sprinkled with an atonement. Blood! And as long as Blood is on the judgment seat then it is not judgment no more, it’s mercy, because Something died to stay judgment. If you see it, say “Amen.” [Congregation says, “Amen!”—Ed.] As long as Blood is on the mercy seat, showed that Something died to hold judgment back. But when the Church is raptured, the mercy seat becomes a judgment seat! 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

But you notice in here, it was not mercy seat, for there was “lightnings and thunder and voices.” There’s no lightning and thunders at mercy. That’s judgment. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

Now, “The Voice of the Throne.” Notice in this Throne, “before the Throne was the seven stars,” the Voice of the stars. “Voices,” you see. There was more in the Revelation 4 here, or 5, we find out, “And out of the Throne proceeded lightning, thunders, and voices.” Not one voice; “voices,” plural. What was it? God speaking to the church, reflecting Himself through the seven Spirits. When the true anointed of God speaks, it’s the Voice of God! To reject It is to remove the candlestick. See? “Voices,” the Voice of the Seven Church Ages (over here in the corner), the voices speaking with thunder and lightning. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

Now, “Voices,” the voices of the seven trumpets, were voices of the seven stars, seven messengers. But now watch here:

…and…seven lamps…before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

“Seven lamps.” Let’s draw a little bit here, the Throne, the holy place, the congregation. And right here was (one, two, three, four, five, six, seven) seven stars, seven lamps, seven messengers, seven Spirits; not altogether meaning that God is in seven Spirits, but “seven manifestations of the same Holy Spirit.” 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

155 Now, the “sea of glass.” You that’s going to…I’m…This ain’t very much of a symbol here, but I want to erase this for a minute. Now, now we want to study here just a little bit. The sea of glass is symbolized in the old temple, for Moses was commanded of God to build the temple on earth like he saw It in the heavens. Everyone knows that. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

184 Here the…we notice here in the “sea of glass,” it was likened unto crystal. Now, the sea of glass is symboled, typed by the brass sea. This is the glass sea, in Heaven. Moses saw it as a glass sea and made what was called the “brass sea,” a brazen altar, brazen sacrifice…brazen altar, rather.

185 You know what brass speaks of in the Bible? Judgment. He made a brass serpent. What does a serpent mean? The symbol of serpent meant “sin already judged,” in the garden of Eden, when, “Thy heel shall bruise its head; his head shall bruise the heel.”

186 And brass represents “Divine Judgment,” the brass altar, where the sacrifice was burnt; brazen laver, where it was washed by the water of the Word. See? Mo-…Elijah, in his days, went out and looked up, and said, “The sky looks like brass.” (Divine Judgment upon a rejected nation.) Oh, my! Brass, brazen!

187 Now we’re at the “laver.” And you noticed this laver was empty and was as clear as crystal. Why? The church had already been redeemed!

188 Now, now, we notice a little later on, though, when the Tribulation saints comes up, we find it again full of fire. Did you know…Would you like to read that? Let’s go over to Revelation now, 15th chapter, the 2nd verse, and read where we see this brassy fire again. All right:

And I saw another angel…I saw another sign in heaven, (Right.) great and marvellous, seven angels having…seven last plagues; for in them is filled up with the wrath of God.

Now the “wrath” of God. Watch:

And I saw as it was a sea of glass mingled with fire: (Now, watch.) and they that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over the mark, and over the number of his name, stood on the sea of glass, having…harps of God.

And they sang the song of Moses the servant of God,…

189 Oh, do you see it? “Tribulation period.” Oh! Are you in a hurry? [Congregation answers, “No!”—Ed.] All right, listen, let’s notice something here.

190 How do we come? We’ve got to come (this Gentile Church) to this Word, sea of glass, water, water of the Word (Is that right?), recognize the Word the way It’s written. Then the sacrifice is received and filled with the Holy Ghost from the inside, shining through the Light of that age. From this…Here It comes out of the holy place into here, out of the star into here. Get it?

191 Notice, now, at the end of this age, John, when he saw the sea of brass there, it was “clear as crystal.” What was it? The Word had been taken from the earth, raptured in the Church, and it was “clear as crystal,” no more Blood, the Church age was over. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. Exodus 30:18-21 Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein. For Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat: When they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the LORD: So they shall wash their hands and their feet, that they die not: and it shall be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.

I Kings 7:23 And he made a molten sea, ten cubits from the one brim to the other: [it was] round all about, and his height [was] five cubits: and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about.

269 Now, notice, “They have eyes” (in Ezekiel in here) “in front and in back and within.” Let’s just read that. Look here, see. You see in here, I believe they spoke through here, “beasts,” four faces, like an eagle, and wings, full of eyes without, within. Look here:

And the four beasts and each of them had six wings about him;…

270 “And they flew,” and so forth, “and had eyes without, within, and behind.” It spoke of their intelligence. They knowed what was, which is, and which shall come; for they was right at the Seat, so close till they wasn’t even human. (Temple guards…or not temple guards, the temple guards are the hundred and forty-four thousand.) But this is the mercy seat guard, the Throne guards. The throne right up next to God, “living Creatures,” next thing to God, standing there. Their intelligence, they know what was, which is, what shall come. They had “eyes without,” showing what they could see, what was to come; “eyes within,” knows everything now; and “eyes in the back,” which knowed what was. Which was, which is, which shall come, reflecting through the church ages “He that Was, Which Is, and Shall Come; Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever.” 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

286 You notice, these—these Cherubims that John saw here must have been interested in keeping the Tree of Life, so they must be interested in human beings. Or read Genesis, getting back to Genesis again, “They kept the Tree of Life, guarded It, the way of Life.” The way of Life! How is the way? Jesus said, “I am that Way. I am that Bread that come from God out of Heaven. If a man eats this Bread, he’ll live forever.” Now there is a way back to that Tree of Life. You get it? 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

296 Moses was taken up into Heaven, Moses, taken from the earth up into Heaven and saw the altar of God. Is that right? I’m trying to prove my point here. You know what I’m trying to do, don’t you? All right. He went up in the Presence of God. And when he descended from the Presence of God, he said, Mo-…God told Moses, “Make everything on earth as patterned after Heaven.” Is that right? All right.

297 Now, then when he did, when he made the Ark of the Covenant, he put two Cherubims to guard the ark. See what it is? It was the temple…it was the altar, the Throne guards. The two Cherubims, He said “Mold them out of brass and put their wings touching like this,” because that’s exactly what he saw in Heaven.

298 That’s exactly what John saw in Heaven, these four Cherubims on the four sides of the ark of the Throne in Heaven. They were the guards of the ark. Cherubims, guards at the mercy seat.

299 If you want to read that Scripture (we ain’t got time to go to it), put down Exodus 25:10 to 22.

61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

686 Now those four beasts. Now to quickly get this, ’cause I don’t want to stay too long on this. But the four beasts…The beast, in Bible, represents “power.” And you notice these beasts were not out yonder in the lake or in the sea somewhere coming up, but they were at the Throne of God, and they were worshipping God. Those four beasts means four powers that come up out of the earth, and those four powers was the four Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John; one don’t contradict the other one.

687 And one of them, the…As the Gospel goes forth as a lion, it’s stern, it’s bold; the Gospel is brave like a lion, and it’s a king like a lion. If it goes towards a man’s face, it’s cunning and shrewd like a man. If it goes the eagle, it’s got the swift wings and the high heights. It…See what I mean? If it goes like the ox, it’s the work horse that can pull, the work ox that pull the—the—the burden of the Gospel. The four beasts was the four powers, which were: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John; the four Gospels that ring out in the Presence of God.

688 If you noticed, they had eyes in front and in the back. They—they…Everywhere it went, it reflected. They seen everywhere they were going. And that’s the power of the Gospels as it goes out, it can…It’s got the shrewdness of a man; it’s got the swiftness of an eagle; it’s got the—the—the—the power, the pulling power, the burden-bearer like an ox; it’s got the—the sternness and the boldness of a lion. See, it’s the four Gospels, which are the four powers of the Revelation, the 4th chapter.

57-1006 - “Questions And Answers On Hebrews #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

in the midst of the throne,…four living Creatures, the beasts…

244 Now, now, how many’s got a revised version of the Bible? In your revised version, it says “living Creatures.” Well, I wondered how that this King James here said living…was four “beasts”? Well, I gets me a Greek—Greek dictionary, and go back in the Bible dictionary and find out what that meant. Now, here’s what it is. Now, notice close. The word translated here, now you mark it down so you can look it up, too, to be sure. See, I want you to mark down what I say, and…if you can and want to. All right, the revised version says, “living Creatures,” in it. Now, watch:

And…there…were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

245 And it goes ahead and describes the “beasts,” which we’ll get to it in a minute. Now, the beast here is represented. Have you got a marginal reading in your Bible, on—on beasts? If you have, get over in the marginal reading. I notice Doctor Scofield here has it marked out in his. The beasts means, he’s got over here, says, “living Creatures.” Oh, my! Now, watch. The Greek word there is, “Z, double o, m”…or, “Z, double o, n” it is, “Z, double o, n.” Now, in—in the Greek, it’s called Zoon which means “a Creature.” 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

246 Now, it isn’t so…if you want to read it now. We haven’t got time. I was going to read it, but I haven’t. Put down Revelation 11, 13, and 17. Now, there where beast is, the chapters in Revelation 11, 13, and 17, is called beasts the same way; but the beasts there, interpretation is “t-h-e-r-i-o-n,” therion. The word, Greek word therion, which means “a wild, untamed beast.” Therion, that means “a wild, untamed beast.”

247 But Zoon means “a Creature,” see, “Four living (Zoon) Creatures.” Not the beasts of “wild,” therion; but, “Zoon, living Creatures.”

248 And therion is “wild, untamed savages.” In other words, if you’ll watch the 11th chapter, “the beast of Rome.” The 13th chapter, “the United States.” The 17th chapter, “both United States and Rome,” of the denominational churches consolidated with Catholicism makes them a unconverted, untamed to the Gospel. Whew! Untamed! 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

251 What is Zoon (Z, double o, n)? Living Creatures. It might be pronounced “Zoon,” Z, double o, n. How would you pronounce that, “Zoon”? “Zoon,” I’d say.

252 And therion is t-h-e-r-i-o-n, “therion,” see. So that means “untamed beasts, wild, savage.” That’s what them beasts…You take your…get your Greek dictionary and go right back and see if that ain’t the same word. You look in there and see it. Get your—get your Greek textbook, get your Emphatic Diaglott. Now, find out if that isn’t true, that that is true, that it means “an untamed beast,” in Revelation 11, 13, and—and 17.

253 And here in Revelation 4, it means “a living Creature,” not a beast; but it’s called “beast” but it isn’t. Same thing in Ezekiel 1:8, 1 to :28, it is. Maybe get to it in a minute.

All right, “Untamed, unconverted, wild beast.” Untamed!

254 But these are “living Creatures.” What are they? They’re not Angels. I tell you what, let’s read in Revelation 5, right across the page. Revelation 5, and 11th verse:

And I beheld, and…heard the voice of many angels (“angels,” plural) around about the throne (“And” is a conjunction.) and the beasts and…elders:…

255 See, “and,” a conjunction. See? They were not Angels, neither were they elders, they were “living Creatures” at the Throne. Oh, don’t you love this? Living Creatures! They’re not Angels, ’cause this proves it right here, see:

…I beheld, and…heard the voice of many angels around about the throne and the beasts and the elders:… 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

256 Now there’s three different categories here. I hope you all got this system down here now. Now, I want to show you. There’s three different categories of it, three different species (Now, look.) around the Throne.

257 Here’s the Throne. Now, the first at this Throne is four living Creatures. Outside of that is twenty-four (just like that) elders sitting upon the throne, upon their—their thrones, little thrones under. And around this, is great hosts of Angels around the Throne. See what I mean? They’re every one different, one from the other. There is Angels; here is elders; and here is living Creatures.

258 Let’s not leave that for a minute. Let’s just hold it there a minute, “living Creatures.” What are they if they’re not Angels, they’re not redeemed men? What are they? Would you like to know? Here’s my interpretation. I hope it’s right; I believe it is. They are God’s guards of His Throne. Now, we’re going to erase this just in a little bit. Now, you see, they’re—they’re not Angels nor man. They’re not wild beasts. They’re Creatures, “living Creatures.” 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

260 Now, we’re going to look in a few minutes…And you remember this 7th verse here, now, look what they looked like over here in the 7th verse of the same chapter of Revelation, “the four.”

And the first beast was like a lion,…the second beast was like a calf,…the third beast was a face…had…of a man, and the four beasts were like…flying eagles…the fourth beast…like a flying eagle.

261 Now, when Ezekiel saw the Glory of God, he saw the same thing that John saw. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

265 “What’s the symbol here, Brother Branham? What is it?” It means that these guards—these guards was God’s ark…They were in journey, rolling on wheels when Ezekiel saw them; but when John saw them, they had already come into their right position in Heaven. The ark of God was on earth, rolling on wheels, as they took it from place to place, meant it was in travel, they took it all the way up through the wilderness and all the way into the temple and so forth; but now it’s received up ’cause the Church age is over, and it’s received up into Glory. See? It’s stationary now, in Heaven, with all the Angels and things around it. We find them after while taking off their crowns and falling on their faces and giving glory to Him. See? It was God’s guards of the temple, of the ark.

266 Now, remember God’s guards of the ark, or the mercy seat. Now, remember. To how many, John saw, how many? Four. How many did—did he see? He seen four, too, four living Creatures. Now, watch, they both seen the same vision.

267 And four is the number of earth. Did you know that? How many knows now before we have to go into it, four is an earthly number? Sure! Like the four Hebrew…It’s an earth-…It’s a number of earth, of “deliverance, deliverance.” Now, keep that in your mind, “deliverance,” ’cause I’m going to strike it, just a minute, real hard. See, “Deliverance!” Now, there was three Hebrew children in the fiery furnace, but the fourth One come, it was deliverance. Lazarus was in the grave three days, but when the fourth one come he was delivered. Four is God’s number of “deliverance,” so it showed that these Beings must have been something about the earth. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

…the Lord…said, Behold, the man is become…one of us, to know good and evil: and know…and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

Therefore the Lord…sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flying sword…flaming sword which turns every way, (See the four beasts? There’s only four ways you can go, see: east, north, west, and south. These Cherubims had a flaming sword at the gate of the garden…) to keep the way of the tree of life.

283 Cause if man ever got a hold of the Tree of Life, then he could live forever. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

284 And these Cherubims, first mentioned, was placed at the east gate of the garden, going four ways. I should have made that a little different from that; I can’t do justly to God’s orders and things like that, but I—I just…so that you’ll know what I mean. There’s the garden of Eden. And this is the gate right here, opens up here, swings out, and at this gate there was Cherubims. Cherubims! And, remember, it doesn’t say “a Cherubim,” it said “Cherubims.” Cherubims was placed there to guard what? The Tree of Life. That’s what they was to guard, the way of the Tree of Life. The way, who is the Way? [A brother says, “Jesus.”—Ed.] Where is it reflected from? Here is the holy place, here are the Cherubims. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

287 Now, at this, I want to show now and make this sure: it’s an altar. Now, this must have been an altar at the garden of Eden. I’ll tell you why. Do you remember both Cain and Abel come up here to worship? So that shows that God’s altar was moved and set here at the garden of Eden, and the only way back to Eden is by the altar. Here you are again, see, back to Eden through the altar. And they were to keep that way there, guard it, that they couldn’t get back there until this altar was covered with blood. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

Now, Israel in their journey, when they camped, now watch this close, they camped: one, two, three, four. (No, believe I’m wrong.) One, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; one, two, three; that’s the way they camped around the mercy seat. Now, I know, all of you know that, you’ve watched and read in the Old Testament.

307 Now, on the east side, the east side, right here, I’ll put it down so you’ll be sure to get it. East, the east side was always Judah. This is the gate, J-u-d-a, Judah. And with Judah…was the head of three tribes with their banner; three tribes with their banner, the banner of Judah. You remember…How many seen The Ten Commandments, the Cecil DeMille’s Ten Commandments? All right. Or, you read it right here in the Scripture, in the Scripture there, rather, there was Judah on the east side. All right. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

318 Now, if you’ll notice, Dan is the head of three tribes, Judah is the head of three tribes, Reuben is the head of three tribes, and Ephraim is the head of three tribes. Three fours is twelve, twelve tribes of Israel. See, each one with their banner; and the banner of Judah was a lion; the banner of Reuben, man; the banner of Ephraim, an ox; the banner of—of—of Dan was an eagle.

319 Now, look back here what John said, “And one had the face…” Let’s read here now, just see if it isn’t the same thing was like in Heaven:

…the first beast was like a lion, (Judah) …the second beast was like a calf, (that’s a young ox) …the third beast was the face of a man, and the fourth beast was…a flying eagle.

320 Just exactly the tribes of Israel camped around, guarding, they’re earthly guards of the right to the ark. Oh, Hallelujah! Don’t you see it?

321 Here! Mercy, m-e-r-c-y s-e-a-t, “mercy seat.” Nothing could come anywhere around it without crossing those tribes. Crossing what? The lion; crossing the man, intelligence of the man; and crossing the workhorse, as an ox; or crossing the eagle, the swiftness of it. See? The Heaven, the earth, in between, and all around; you see, they were guards. And above it was the Pillar of Fire. Brother, nothing touched that mercy seat without the approach…

322 And the only thing that could approach it was through the blood. Aaron went in there once a year with the blood. Now you see it? Now, watch. Each head of three tribes guarding the mercy seat, the mercy seat of the Old Testament. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

Now, God has a mercy seat today to be guarded. You believe that? Where’s the mercy seat found? In the heart of man. Where did it come in the heart of man? At the day of Pentecost when the Holy Ghost (which is God) come into the human heart. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

326 Now, remember, God has got some guards for that—for that mercy seat. What is that mercy seat they guard? All right. M-a-t-h, Matthew, on the east; Luke, Luke; Mark; and John. All of their four Gospels vindicate the Book of Acts to come, they guard it anywhere you want to look at it. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

328 Now, notice this! Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, what is it? Earthly number, of the Gospels, four. All right, notice.

329 Now, Matthew 28:19. 28, now, that’s where you trinitarian brethren’s going, 28:19. All right. Matthew, at the last part of the chapter, said, “Go ye therefore, teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of Father, Son, Holy Ghost”; but here comes around Pentecost, and Peter said “Repent, and be baptized in the Name of Jesus.”

330 Something’s wrong there. “Matthew, are you that eastern gate guard?”

331 How is the gate? The gate is what? Jesus. Jesus said, “Strait is the gate.” Is that right? Is it spelt…How is it spelt, s-t-r-a-i-t or s-t-r-a-i-g-h-t? S-t-r-a-i-t means “water,” “water is the gate.” How do you come in? “Repent, every one of you and be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ,” unlocks the gates. Aye! Whew!

332 “Oh, but, Brother Branham, you got Matthew 28:19 down there.” That’s exactly right. “But, Matthew, are you a guard to it?”

“Sure, I’m the full guard.” 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

340 Did you think that—that God don’t put a guard around His Word? See if that ox, lion, man, eagle isn’t still setting at those gates right here on earth right now? Here’s the Gospels, the four Gospels. See? And, you notice, every way they went they went straight forward. They don’t contradict one another, they stay with one another. See? One goes with the shrewdness of a man; the other one goes with the swiftness of a eagle; the other one’s a pastor…One’s evangelist, to fly like evangelist, see; the other one’s a pastor; the other one’s sturdy; the other one’s shrewd. See, guarded on every side, God guarding this Holy Ghost Gospel! Believe It, brother! All right. 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

74 Now, we find out that they were the guards to the mercy seat. They watched the mercy seat. Nothing come to it, it crossed over the tribes first before it could get to the mercy seat. Every man willing to give his life, every Israelite in camp would die before anything could enter into that camp over there and take that mercy seat. And now we find out that was the Old Testament order.

75 And in the New Testament order we find the same thing, that it was guarded, the mercy seat. Oh, I hope you get it! The mercy seat is still guarded, still got the guards. We found out that that those guards are Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, guarding the Book of Acts, the acts of the Holy Spirit done amongst the apostles, which is the—the Book of Acts of the New of the New Testament. And the four writers of the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, all guard that mercy seat to show that it is God, the Holy Spirit today. Each Scripture, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, every one of them will back up the true Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and the acts of the Holy Spirit. 61-0611 - “Revelation, Chapter Five #1” Rev. William Marrion Branham

271 Hold them now. We’re going to drive that thing plumb through the blackboard in a few minutes. Watch it. Now, just a minute.

272 Reveals their intelligence, and it showed they knowed, know. They knowed all the future and the present and past, and all about it!

273 And their…They were tireless. They never grew tired. They couldn’t be anything connected with man, he grows tired. But they were tireless, they sang “Holy, holy, holy! Holy, holy, holy! Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty! Holy, holy, holy!” all day and all night through every age. “Holy!” 61-0108 - “Revelation, Chapter Four #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

94 Now notice, first, that these creatures were ministering in the Presence of God. And that was Their duty, was crying, “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty!” And They cried, day and night, in His Presence, as the sacrifice is laying there. “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty!”

95 And I want you to notice something here, and think. Those Seraphims had two wings over Their faces. Why would They put them over Their faces? Because They were in the Presence of God. And just think, if holy Angels has to cover Their face, in His Presence, what about us? Has the wings over Their faces, represented reverence. 63-1114 - “Influence” Rev. William Marrion Branham

111 Now we find out, that, these wings over Their faces was because They were in the Presence of God, reverent. And if a holy Seraphim has to hide His face behind special covering, the One who knows no sin, never sinned, but yet in the Presence of the Holy God has to hide His holy face in the Presence of God, what is a hypocrite going to do on that Day? What is the backslider going to do on that Day? What’s the ungodly going to do on that Day, when you come? And you’re going to have to face Him.

112 There is only one thing. You say, “But He never made me wings to cover my face.” But He shed the Blood of His Own Son, that you could cover your face with. That’s right. That’s His only covering that He has for the human race, is the Blood of Jesus Christ.

113 Now, secondly, They had Their feet covered with wings, under their feet. Now that represented humility. Oh, there is a word that’s lost today, to many people. Humility in His Presence. Humble ourselves in His Presence. 63-1114 - “Influence” Rev. William Marrion Branham

172 Now, thirdly, They could fly. They had two wings that put Them in action.

173 God is showing His prophet here what kind of a servant He has prepared, reverent, humble, and in action. That, see, that’s a real servant of God, these who look upon Him. He was looking upon Hezekiah that got lifted up, and fell by pride. But a servant, His servants in before Him, is reverent, humble, and in action. His servants, that’s the way they should be dressed; dressed in reverence, humility, and constantly about the Father’s business. Yes, sir. Reverent, humble, in action. 63-1114 - “Influence” Rev. William Marrion Branham

  1. Who are the twenty and four elders? All right, I believe that would be on the—the…Who are the twenty-four elders?

689 Now that’s just simple, we could get to it. The twenty-four elders was setting before the Throne. That’s in the…I believe it’s in verse 4, is where it’s found. “And there went out another…”

690 All right, the Revelation, the 4th chapter, and the 10th verse. That’s right. We’ll get to it.

And the four and twenty elders fell down before him that set on the throne, and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne saying,

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

691 Now the four and twenty elders. An elder is an overseer. Now notice, they were twelve patriarchs and twelve apostles. And they were setting, twelve on one side and twelve on the other. There were the twenty and four elders, which were the twelve patriarchs on one side, the Old Testament; the twelve apostles on the other side, of the New Testament. Didn’t Jesus say, “You’ll set on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel”?

692 And now, the foundations. Look, there’s even a tree in there. And the tree on either side bears twelve manners of fruit. And they yield their fruit once a month, which is twelve months in the year. They render twelve manners of fruit every year as it goes by. Twelve, in the “worship” number, you see. And there’s a twenty and four, would be twenty-four, twelve apostles and twelve patriarchs. They’re setting at the Throne. 57-1006 - “Questions And Answers On Hebrews #3” Rev. William Marrion Branham

153 The Angels, the Cherubims, the four and twenty Elders, the Beasts, everything, uncrowned themselves, fell down before the Throne, and said, “Worthy art Thou!”

154 John said, “Everything in Heaven and earth heard me hollering, ‘Amen,’ screaming, ‘Hallelujah,’ and praises to God.” The scream went up. Why? Their names was in that Book, to be revealed, and the Lamb had revealed it.

155 The Lamb had redeemed it, but He could not come forth until every name was revealed, and that was taking place under the Sixth Seal, before the Seventh broke. Then the spotless…Then the Lamb came for what He had redeemed. He come to claim what He had redeemed. He’s already got it, right here in the Book, taken It from His hand. Now He’s coming to receive what He has redeemed. That’s His work. He’s done. He’s come to receive it. Oh, what a—what a time! Has proven it, the Seventh Seal proved it. Come back and took the Book of Redemption! 63-1110m - “Souls That Are In Prison Now” Rev. William Marrion Branham

44 God came down and become flesh, and died the death, in Christ; so that He could clean the Church, in order to get into it, for fellowship. God loves fellowship. That’s what He made the man at the first time for, was for fellowship; God dwells alone, with Cherubims.

45 And notice now, He made man, and man fell. So He came down and redeemed man, because God loves to be worshipped. The very word god means “object of worship.”

And this that comes among us, as a Pillar of Fire, as something that changes our hearts, that is the same God that said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever. 65-0221e - “Who Is This Melchisedec?” Rev. William Marrion Branham

Carefully note in verse 2 it says, “ONE” (not two or three, but ONE) sat on the throne. In verse 3 it says, “HE” (NOT they) was to look upon as a jasper stone. In verse 9 it says that the beasts gave honour to “HIM” (not them). In verse 10 it says that the elders fell down before “HIM” (not them). In verse 11 it says that they cried, “Thou art worthy, O LORD” (not Lords). Also in verse 11 it says this ONE on the throne was the “Creator,” Which is Jesus (John 1:3), Which is Jehovah-Spirit-God of the Old Testament (Genesis 1:1). cab 01 - revelation - “1 - The Revelation Of Jesus Christ” Rev.
