“Teach me to do your will, for You are my God.”
Psalm 143:10-11 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness. Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble.
Psalm 86:11 Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.
Rev. William M. Branham
Now, if you can believe what you believe and end your faith with a comma instead of a period, and saying, “I believe this and nothing else,” if you put a comma… I believe this plus all the rest that God will show me.” Now, that’s the way to do it. “I believe this that I have is the faith. I’ve got this part of it, and I’m ready to learn something else that God will tell me, and teach me.” Then you’ve got a open heart. And the Bible said, “If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, cleanses us from all unrighteousness.” …And it’s God’s eternal teachings.
Am I teachable? Have I become too rigid and unbendable? (stubborn) Does it still matter to me what you desire for my life or have I for too long chosen my will and my way over yours? Do I rely on what others do to influence my decisions and choices? Or do I wait on you in prayer until you guide my heart in your chosen path for me?
These are questions I am asking the Lord for myself! I am praying for His grace to unite my heart to His, that I can walk before Him in reverential fear and total surrender in these serious times.
Because I love you, I am praying for the same grace in your life today!
