John 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
When Jesus spoke the above words, He had not yet agonized in prayer in Gethsemane. He had not been mocked and beaten, nor had He died for our sins. He had not yet conquered death and the grave through His glorious resurrection! Yet, He spoke with bold confidence of His VICTORY over the Kosmos. He knew what was ahead and He knew that ALL victory was secured when the Lamb was slain in the mind of God before the world began!
These to whom He spoke would know great trials and tribulations, as would every Church Age to follow. His Bride was In Him when each victory was secured and today we can rest IN HIM knowing that even in trials and temptations, our hearts can be strengthened as we live in the PEACE that He bought for us when He overcame the whole world!
The AMP version says it like this: I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.
1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
So there is NOTHING in this world (including any false antichrist spirit)that Jesus has not overcome and if We are His children and He abides in us, He has OVERCOME for US!

You’re in that Kingdom by the Holy Ghost baptism. See? That’s the only way you overcome. It’s all that is under the shed Blood is overcomers, ’cause you cannot overcome, yourself. It’s He that overcome for you. You’re resting.
